TERMS AND CONDITIONS It is important that the product code number and colour choice, level of antiquing etc, is included when ordering. If you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact us. Our sales team will be only to happy to discuss your requirements and smooth the path for your significant order to be processed. All prices are stated in pounds sterling. Prices are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of delivery charges, and can be subject to change. Our furniture and lighting can only be ordered and paid for by cheque, banker's draft, bank transfer or cash. Cheques should be made payable to Arttus Period Interiors. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any questions. Terms: 50% deposit with the order and balance payable prior to delivery. Cancellations are only valid if made within 14 days from the date of the order. If for any reason you cancel all or part of your order after this period, other than fault of Arttus Period Interiors, you will be charged 50% of the cancelled item. This sum is payable by you within 7 days of the item becoming available for delivery. This charge, unfortunately, is necessary to offset our handling costs, etc. If the goods do not fit into your property and the order is subsequently cancelled then a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the goods will fit into your property. All dimensions of the items ordered will be supplied on request. Furniture is specially ordered and to you specification, consequently once contractual delivery has taken place refund or exchange will only be available if goods are unsatisfactory quality. |
