Arts and Crafts Library //Project 840

$0.00

We produced an Arts and Crafts style solid oak library for this 1920s Devonshire house. The Arts and Crafts movement in Britain saw a revival of Medieval and Gothic architecture, this is reflected in the design of this library which features those influences including Gothic style arches and pilasters.  A set of large oak panelled cabinet doors conceals a desk and computer equipment. The doors feature quarter sawn oak panels and have iron hinges and knobs. The library provides ample storage for books with adjustable shelving and the panelled doors to cupboards below.
